Interview: Employee Availability

There's an easy way to find employees to work on your project.  Open the Project Resource Allocation window and look at the bar chart.

A Nice Graph Shows when Employees are Overbooked 

Employee availability is based on the projects and tasks already assigned to people.  If they are overloaded with projects or tasks, they find somebody else.

But how?  Why not try searching by skill.  Choose a skill from the drop-down and find employees with that skill who are available in the coming months.
