Each week, month, or year you earn new vacation hours.  PTO.  You earn personal time.  And sick time. But how?  What software does that?

This one... it's more than a timesheet.  It's also a vacation tracker.

Just set up the time off policies for each employee, and the program will automatically accrue PTO and other time off hours.  Then employees can take PTO whenever you allow it.
