Short intro: Project Rollups

Project roll-ups total up task values at the project and sub project levels. Look in the Project Tasks tab for this.

Task Totals at a Glance

You will see these task fields rolled up on the project rows:

1. Estimated hours for each task
2. Actual hours logged in the timesheet
3. Remaining hours
4. Percentage of completion
5. Client costs (if you're an administrator)
6. Salary costs (also admin only)
7. Material costs
8. Gantt start and finish dates

The Project Tasks view becomes a nice little dashboard for project status.
