Synchronizing ST with the Android or iOS time and expense apps is pretty easy.  First, get the url from either the cloud or desktop.  The Web Edition is easiest; just click in the address bar and make note of the web address.

To get the url from Windows Edition, choose File, Options and click the Sync tab.

Paste that web address into the Settings page on the apps.  While you're there, you'll notice that the app needs a usename and password.  Get those from either Web Edition or Windows Edition, depending upon which version you are using.
