There are actually many different billing models in this app. Employee rates is the most common. Each employee has their own rates for each project. But if your model differs on some projects, try these possibilities:

- Milestone percentages
- Milestone fixed amounts
- Option Year Funding government contract rates
- Or just a flat project fee
